What a nice set of logs. These were easy to install and get set up and the online shopping experience was excellent.

I have to say this was the best update with my 50 year old lamp. All parts fit very well together, no need to retrofit anything. I actually can't wait to see it at dusk. The kit seems to put off a brighter light than I had before. The one question I had, was quickly answered by store associate on the phone. Thanks "Fine's Gas" Fast shipping too!

We purchased this log set this past Spring and have started burning them this week with the cool Fall weather. We visited the store so we could view the log sets burning in person. We liked this set because they look so real. We love them! The logs are realistic and the little burning embers add just the right finishing touch. Customer service was excellent and this set was easy to install (our home had gas logs previously but the previous owner had removed them). We got the set that doesn't have the pilot burning all the time. We love them, couldn't be happier. Well worth the money.

I've had it a few months now and LOVE it!! I had a few bumps along the way, broken log (immediately replaced by vendor but make sure you check everything IMMEDIATELY and contact them immediately!!), and some "confusion" on my part about how to install DIY style. Overall easy installation for a handy type person. I called Fine's Gas and they were SO amazing and helpful!! I have the remote and this unit heats my house well. I recommend getting extra rock wool and lava rock for a more aesthetically pleasing look. I really love having it on! Worth the cost!

Very realistic, the flames are just the right height with three nice front small flames to give the set a look of depth. We added the basic on/off remote which I highly recommend. This fire sits low in and has a laid back settled look, not trying to hard so it seems very natural You may want to buy an additional small amount of rock wool to get a the glowing ember areas covered.

The gas was connected today and this gas log set is amazing. That's one heck of a burner. As our fireplace can be illuminated from within when the flame is not lit, the realistic detail on this set makes the look spectacular.

Excellent gas log set for the money! Very realistic wood made of a concrete material with a decent yellow flame that come up through the logs. The best part is that they are made in America. And after I ordered them I received them the next day.

For a vent free linear gas fireplace you will not get a better price or quality unit. My wide and I love it and my builder said he would use it in other homes now.

Excellent ice machine for an outdoor kitchen. Hold a tremendous amount of ice and matches my Fire Magic grill and other components. I like that it's fairly quite and compact so that it did not take up much cabinet space.

My husband and I bought this fireplace several mounts ago when building our new home and it is fabulous. This time of the year we can still enjoy the fireplace because we purchased the interior light kit that illuminates the inside of the fireplace making it more than just seasonal. Also generates a nice amount of heat.
