The 18" Monessen Kentucky Wildwood gas log set offers vent-free technology that allows you to install them into a wood burning fireplace and completely close the damper so there is no heat loss or they can be installed into a certified vent-free firebox.
Offered in two different control types; Remote Ready or Signature Command. Remote ready models are equipped with a millivolt control valve with a standing pilot light that allows you to add either a thermostat or on/off remote control if desired. If no remote is added it comes standard with a twig switch to turn the unit on and off. The signature command model comes standard with a touch screen thermostat remote, variable 3 step flame height adjustment and electronic ignition to light the pilot light.
