The infrared burner is made of stainless steel with rust proof anodized aluminum cook grids that heat up faster than any other cooking surface for uniform temperature. The cook grid is reversible with a smooth side for cooking delicate foods like fish. This unit also features electronic ignition and a pull out drip tray for easy cleaning. Comes with all you need to connect to the grill.
