The Lynx outdoor pizza oven can cook more than pizzas! This oven can do roasts, bakes dishes, quesadillas and more. The versatility of this pizza oven allows it to be used on a counter-top or built-in to and outdoor kitchen. Being that it is fuel with either natural gas or propane allows the oven to reach cooking times within minutes. The interior of the oven is lined with specially formulated concrete refractory interior dome that perfectly reflects the infrared heat onto the entire ceramic cooking surface. With both burners on high the pizza oven internal temperature can reach 700°F to 800°F which is ideal temperature for preparing thin and medium crust pizza.
