Big Green Egg Large

A buddy of mine from out of town tuned me on to the Egg and he kept telling me that he can cook a better steak than any steak house I have eaten at and I just could not believe that a grill could make that much difference. After a year of him telling me about all the food he cooks on the Egg I had to breakdown and get one. I got it home and put it together and let me tell you they are heavy. I could not wait till to get the charcoal in it and start cooking. I first cook hamburgers for me and my wife and damned it if wasn’t true that was the best burger I had put into my mouth in 39 years. I have cook since then chicken, ribs and steak and all with the same results, mouth watering yummy. I have always used a gas grill or a Weber charcoal grill but never again. I know it hard to believe but you need to try it.
