The Elite Echelon is the right choice for extended families as well as for businesses. Sporting an amazing 1,056 square inches of cooking area 22" X 48". Eight cast stainless steel burners powering four independently controlled cooking areas, with a total of 141,000 BTU in all, including two 18,000 BTU stainless steel infra-red back burners. Each cook zone has it's own control knob and electronic ignition.
