The new Fire Magic stainless steel griddle is available in 2 sizes as shown below. What makes this griddle different from the others? Constructed of 304 heavy gauge stainless steel for durability, it has a removable drip tray, and a single or double reinforced ring underneath to provide stability and to prevent warping. The unique swirl pattern of the cooking surface is scratch resistant and easy to clean. Remove the cooking grids and the griddle sits atop the burners. Both sizes can be utilized with the Fire Magic power burner or searing station by placing on top of the cooking grids.
